With its origins in the 17th century, a so-called “Salon” already included activities such as: discussions, readings, literature, politics or science. It was fundamentally created for the free exchange of ideas, regardless of class or gender, social barriers or any other kind of boundaries. Even then, the great themes of that time were exchanged, questioned and discussed in closed circles. Today, we also continue to have many topics for discussion. Themes that we would like to take up again in one way or another and reflect on them in DERSALON, in a neutral space for exchange. Themes, often with the same origin as self-determination, the meaning of things and spirituality.
