Sylvia Freygner is the salonière and founder of DERSALON. Inspired by the Viennese salon tradition and the work of the Austrian Berta Zuckerkandl-Szeps. Driven by her love of philosophy and desire for intellectual exchange across the boundaries of the existing system. She is a remarkable communicator who forges enduring bonds with diplomatic skill. She recognizes what moves people and creates a place of trust where people can meet apart from the usual social and political position.

Cheyenne Gomes Schädler born and raised in the Principality of Liechtenstein is project manager and creative head of Salon. She likes social exchange, has a good flair in dealing with people and loves to realize new projects. It is important to her to realize campaigns that have a meaningful background for her. For example, she realized the project “Children Helping Children”; a fundraising campaign to Terre des Hommes or Venereea; her own lingerie brand with the mission to inspire and empower the women’s world. Her obliging helpfulness, her enormous communication skills and her appreciated ability to work in a team distinguish Cheyenne and make her an important piece of the puzzle of DERSALON, which we would not want to miss anymore.
Management Vienna
Monika is the helping hand, the open ear and the calm mind in the team. She organizes and manages DERSALON in Vienna. Through and through a team player and organizational talent, she supports the DERSALON project with heart and soul. Monika is 47 years young – born and at home in Vienna. After her ESA studies in 2003 (in English, French and Spanish) she has been working for lawyers in Vienna for 20 years. Being a dog mommy herself, she appreciates activities with animals – but in her free time you can also find Monika in theaters, cinemas or museums. She would describe herself as culturally interested in art and fashion in their diversity.
Management Fuerteventura
Frauke Behrens is a German yoga teacher who has lived in the Canary Islands for 40 years. She has over 20 years of experience in tourism and has managed spas in various luxury hotels in the Canary Islands before putting her passion for Kundalini Yoga into practice and now practices as a yoga teacher. She now lives in Fuerteventura and enjoys the island lifestyle, organizing her own international yoga retreats. She knows that this island holds a very special energy through which deep inner changes become possible. There is something magical about the volcanoes, the ocean, the beaches and the sun, they have the power to recharge our batteries and make us feel fantastic. Their daily message is to be grateful, slow down and enjoy life.

Ferris Bühler is always on top of things. He is a supplier of ideas with exciting stories, a strategic thinker, and especially known for eye-catching PR stunts, a networker, and motivated to get involved in exciting projects. He also brings with him a large network of contacts at home and abroad. He is humorous, has his heart in the right place, intellectually versatile and always in a good mood. He is looking forward to being a part of our team as PR manager.
Management Panama
Yazmin was born in a small village called Arenal, near San Carlos. There she spent her childhood with her brother and sister. Her father was very respected in the community and appreciated as a famous singer of “decima”. “Decima”, these are popular improvised songs that tell anecdotes from life, life stories, as in our DERSALON. Her mother, born in Santiago, dedicated herself to the education of the children. Yazmin is a great lover of nature and a convinced animal rights activist. She loves long walks in the mountains to observe the magnificent fauna and flora of Panama. Her other passion is photography. Wherever she goes, her camera accompanies her. After working as a manager for many years, she is now embarking on a new adventure with DERSALON and is responsible for the management of DERSALON in Panama. She also assists with community service projects to support women and children in disadvantaged areas of our planet.
